Cheryl was recommended to us by a family member who had real estate dealing with her. My wife and I made contact with Cheryl while we were in to process of preparing the house for listing. She came out and looked over the property and answered our questions as well as made some suggestions on certain things to do and not do. She got a professional photographer to take the listing photos, which helped a lot to make a good pre-showing impression of the property. After her market research, she gave us a suggestion and guidance on the listing price and let make the final decision. Once the property was listed, she held several open houses. When we got an offer, she walked us the process to closing. Cheryl was always pleasant and professional in her dealings with us and was always willing to discuss concerns and answer questions.

Her communication was perfect, despite the 3 hour time difference between us and she always returned calls, texts and emails promptly and handled every detail professionally.
