I have worked with Cheryl several times. I have been please every time, and will continue to work with her in the future. She understands the market and know the area really well. She is honest and straight forward when estimating the value of both the buyers and sellers properties. Very personable. She often comes back with information that I did not ask for yet, but need...she makes the process of buying and selling very easy.
