Cheryl pays attention to what your needs and wants are when finding homes to look at. I have dealt with many realtors in the past and find most don't listen, they just want the sale. It's nice dealing with someone who really takes her time and cares about each person she's handling. Very quick in answering questions and relaying important information having to do with looking at houses and in the buying process. Cheryl is very good at giving ideas on what to do with space while you're in the looking phase. It's a big deal to someone who is looking by themselves and need another viewpoint on things. Buying a home is an overwhelming experience, so it's nice having her there and helping with those questions in your mind.
