I’ve never worked with a Realtor that was as hands on as Cheryl.

Cheryl is very knowledgeable and professional. We trusted her guidance and opinions and would’ve never been able to sell our house without her. She helped with things around the house when my mom wasn’t able to see that the floor needed sweeping or there was something that needed to be moved or rearranged. We can honestly say that she is now our friend. She was positive during the low times and wouldn’t let us thank her until our house was sold. I will miss working with her and talking to her every day. In an industry where you don’t know who to trust, I can honestly say that I trust her with my life. Selling a house is a major life change and we couldn’t of been in better hands.
