We were purchasing our home in Florida while living in another state. We leaned heavily on Cheryl to help the process go smoothly. She did not disappoint, ever. She knew what we were looking for and never pushed us to look at homes outside of our $$$ comfort zone. When we came into town to look at homes in person, she had a very efficient plan, which we really appreciated. Every home we walked into, she knew what model it was, and details to tell us about it regarding updates, neighborhood information, etc. I don't know how she was knowledgeable on that many homes, truly impressive. She was also fun to look at homes with, we spent the whole day looking at houses, which can be exhausting but we were laughing and talking about how to decorate. When we found the home we wanted to make an offer on, we just felt like we were in such capable hands. She took charge and offered options, always making sure we understood what was happening and that we were okay with what we were doing. Cheryl is so good at teaching you what is happening and going to happen so you are not overwhelmed at any point in the process. She exudes professionalism and had solutions for anything that came up. Cheryl is great at communication, she would text me updates on the process or general information that would be helpful to know, things that I was thinking about asking her before I got a chance to ask her! She is clearly always thinking a few steps ahead. Cheryl, thank you so much for taking a potentially stressful process and making it just about the excitement of getting to buy a new home.
