I have purchased and sold quite a few houses over the years. Cheryl is hands down the absolute best realtor I have ever worked with. She went the extra mile with the care of our home. She always went by our home and made sure the blinds were open, lights on and the temperature comfortable for potential purchasers. She would always double back and made sure blinds we closed, lights turned off. She always kept up up to date on feed back after showings. During the selling period she brought our mail in every day and forwarded our mail when we were out of town. Cheryl really did her homework when it came to determining a price for our house. She got comps from our neighborhood and other surrounding areas due to the lack of inventory. Cheryl came up with listing price that was $100k more than another experienced realtor we considered. Our home sold fast and for full price. She was on time with all documentation, and closing numbers. Cheryl always responds back to calls and texts within hours. Cheryl is definitely a premier realtor!

Cheryl was very calm and reassuring during the whole process with the demands for closing as I was also purchasing another home at the same time. It all worked out in the end due to her support and going the extra mile. Very thankful.
