Cheryl Carmical

Cheryl was the best. She was prompt, competent, and a great time to be around. She helped us find our dream home and was even able to get us an early close! If you want a great buying experience, work with Cheryl.

Cheryl is a wonderful agent to work with. She clearly understands the real estate market and how to navigate any problems. Both transactions were flawless. She was on top of all the steps keeping everything moving smoothly. Cheryl made the process as stress free as it could be.

Cheryl sold my house in Las Sendas and her guidance was spot on. Her understanding of the market put me at ease with the process. I would highly recommend her to help you buy or sell your hours.

Cheryl has wonderful and deep contacts with others such as the title people , inspectors , appraisers and repair companies that made the entire process go very easy !

She encouraged me to seek a high price and in fact helped greatly with the remodel as she introduced me to the contractors and selected all materials . She got a full price cash office that closed early. In addition she obtained the highest price per foot seen in that sub market. She is awesome !
