They assisted us in many ways and still do upon request. Bob and Cheryl represented us throughout the closing because we couldn't be there for the event. They have videos showing and describing the features of many of the developments in the area. They do a lot of preparatory work and research before taking their clients out for showings. They were especially helpful when it came time to negotiate with the builder. Based on their research, we were able to negotiate with the builder on reducing his price a significant amount.
