I worked with Cheryl and Bob a couple of different times over the years. Here's what to expect: They will always be where they are supposed to be. They will answer your calls, and emails, at any possible moment. If you can't be there, they will face time with you. Once they have a good idea about what you like, they don't mind checking out a house for you, if you're not in a position to get there yourself. You feel like the only customer they have. So they do their best to take care of everyone's schedule requirements. They love dogs. They love what they do, they love people, and they love houses. They know people in different trades and will work hard to help you find someone (trusted), if you need to. If you need to put an offer on a dozen houses, they will get it done quickly, correctly, and be ready to write another when you're ready. They will not pressure you into something that you're unsure about or that is out of your price range. My experiences with them have only been good over the years. What can i say about Cheryl and Bob. They are phenomenally a awesome down to earth power couple!!!!! They have patiently found our new home after over 30 homes that we have viewed. Hi all!!! If you are trying to think about who and where you should be purchasing your next home please look no further than Bob and Cheryl Bustin! I have known Bob and Cheryl very an extremely long time and it was because of unfortunate circumstances that I needed a new home. I was not in a good place mentally. The things that I experienced with Bob and Cheryl were very informative, patient, kind and caring. At no point did either of them shy away from my budget or needs going into a new home.
