Cherry helped the reviewer buy this property

Cherry is a wonderful professional to work with!

We made the big move cross country from California to North Carolina. We were very excited yet nervous about going through the new home buying experience from so far away. Cherry and Nick did an amazing job on every front. Communication was excellent. Cherry was always quick with responses with both phone calls and texts on any questions we had throughout the process. She is very knowledgeable on the current housing market and provided information on different neighborhoods we explored. We decided on a new build which was a new experience for us. Cherry did an excellent job explaining the ins and outs of how new build home buying works. We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with the Amanatidis’. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a home!
