We live in PA and were looking to purchase a retirement home in the Southern Pines area to be close to our grandchildren. Cherry and her husband Nick were the key to making this essentially virtual purchase not only possible but relatively painless. They gave us virtual tours, set up inspections, referred us to an attorney and other service providers and worked to provide a fair and purchase agreement. Cherry was always extremely responsive to all our questions and requests and performed the pre-close inspection for us and even picked up and delivered the keys to our daughter after settlement. There is no way we could have accomplished this long-distance purchase without the help of Cherry and Nick.

Moving in from out of the area and Cherry welcomed us with a gift basket of snacks for us and our kids, as well as, pamphlets and information on the entire area. She came prepared to each showing with a print out of the listing, highlighting the most important information for us to keep in mind. Cherry responded to our questions quickly and was always easy to get in touch with. It was a pleasure working with her, and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy.

Cherry did a wonderful job getting to know us and what we were looking for in our new home. She showed us a great variety of places and once we settled on a property, she had our backs! We were moving in from out of town and she was our local advocate during the whole process. She was very communicative and helped guide us through all the steps of becoming homeowners in NC!
