We had a tough time finding what we really wanted. Having custom built all our previous homes created a problem for us to find the "perfect" home as it existed in our minds. In short, we were high maintenance customers who changed our minds as we went along the journey. Cherry patiently showed us homes based on our "flavor of the week". We have been on this journey for more than 5 months (over 60 showings) with her, not once did she complain or suggested she could not do a showing for us. Linda and I even found our "dream" home, but if not for Cherry would have turned in a nightmare in the long run with major road construction due to start next to the house in a couple years. We dodged a bullet and are very thankful for that. We would recommend her services to anybody, and rest assured she has your best interest at heart!

Two for one special! Cherry is amazing! But Cherry & Nick are delightful. Both bought their A game and were super hard-charging. We came into town for two days- (double digits) and was able to successfully find the one!!!! Only because of Cherry’s real estate ninja skills! She really listened to what we wanted in a home, she tailored every tour to our needs- each house was a real contender! Cherry and Nick really showed us what southern hospitality means during the process. The whole experience was so pleasant! We broke bread at some of the best eateries in town while they got to know us and what we were looking for! Both Cherry and Nick were so kind and meticulous with the job- all the way to closing! Even after closing, she has checked up to see how things are going. Moving here to Moore County was such pleasant and stress free!!! It says something when the whole experience did not even feel like a business transaction, it felt like we bought a house with people who really cared and gained friends!
