Cherisse Riney

Cherissa made the buying and selling of real estate super easy. She handled all of the issues that came up (the few we had!). Having owned many properties, she as extremely easy to work with and had our best interest at heart. We will only use her for any property transactions in NW Ohio.

I was first introduced to Cherisse Riney on a Sunday afternoon whim to view a house through Zillow. Life got busy and we weren't able to move forward with a purchase at that time, but Cherisse would keep in touch with us. About 8 months later, we were house hunting in earnest and lacked confidence in our first steps. From finding a mortgage lender to the day we closed, Cherisse was our constant companion (and hand-holder) and we adored her for this! We found ourselves in a crazy real estate market where cash offers and high appraisal gaps were common, and something we were not willing or able to do. Cherisse stuck with us the whole time and never once gave up on finding our home. She's not only kind, with a wonderful sense of humor, she is also exceedingly patient, encouraging and incredibly knowledgeable. Best of all, she found us our forever home at a time when I truly believed it would not happen. And, it was better than we ever imagined!! We got everything on our Must Have list and so much more! She stayed with us through every step, navigated what I thought were near impossible odds and got us to closing in three weeks after our original offer! I know there are a lot of wonderful agents, but I cannot imagine anyone as dedicated, thorough and caring as Cherisse Riney. I also cannot imagine working with anyone else but Cherisse, nor would I want to. If for any reason she retired and I wanted to house hunt again, I'd literally beg her to come out of retirement. She's that amazing, trustworthy and excellent at her work. What started out as a whim, turned into something miraculous and we have Cherisse Riney to thank for it all.
