About 8 months later, we were house hunting in earnest and lacked confidence in our first steps. I also cannot imagine working with anyone else but Cherisse, nor would I want to. If for any reason she retired and I wanted to house hunt again, I'd literally beg her to come out of retirement. Cherisse was a fantastic person to work with. Her knowledge of what to look for and what to stay away from were great to have for a first time homeowner like myself. She has a very easy-to-get-along-with personality that made all of our interactions with her more meaningful and easy-going. She also has a whole arsenal of contacts that she recommended for all of the nitty gritty such as home inspection and mortgage brokers. This made looking for a solid contact much easier as she gave her word on these folks, and she did not fall short. All in all, next time I'm in the market for a new home, she will be the first person I call. I cannot recommend her enough.

Cherisse was great! I purchased my house without ever setting foot in it until a month after I was given the keys! I lived out of state and did 2 tours of homes while I was in town, but ended up having my parents FaceTime me and deal with Cherisse for all the other viewings. When it came time to review our offers, she helped point out the details that made each offer strong or appealing. Once we were under contract on either home, she monitored the process and kept us informed the entire time. If I called her anxious for an update, she knew exactly what step of the process our transaction was in and was informative on what the next step was. She seemed to be in constant contact with the other agent, lenders, and title companies, keeping everything on track. Overall, Cherisse was extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, detail oriented, and an advocate for her client.
