Cherie did an excellent job. She was very helpful with negotiation, market research, and handling the transaction. I would use Cherie again any time. The only reason for 4 stars in local knowledge was that she normally does not do a lot of work in my zip code as she is primarily a bit north of us. However, her market research was still spot on and she still knew a lot about the area. Also, her references on inspectors and lenders turned out to be very good as well.
