It took a little longer to sell our house than we thought but was due to the timing of when we entered the market probably. Cherie and Jason offered a lot of good ideas for getting the house ready. They were very quick in responding to questions or suggestions from us. It was about as pleasant an experience as one could hope for.

Cherie is a fantastic agent, but she is more like having a trusted friend by your side. We had built our first home, so we've never had to buy or sell. Cherie walked us through the entire process, so we knew what to expect. She was also very helpful in getting us referrals to some outstanding local contractors to do some pre-show sprucing up. She and Jason took wonderful pictures and drove up a lot of interest...in fact, it was on the market only 2 days before we got a great offer. Everything is explained fully, she is very responsive if you have a question, and she knows the market inside and out. Cherie was amazing and in tune with our needs and concerns while buying and selling our homes recently. In fact while out looking for a new house, she quickly realized our interests and decided to (as she put it) "kidnap" us, in order to show us a home that ticked different boxes and was in a different town than what we told her we wanted. Turns out she was spot on and we bought the house! Additionally, during the process of selling our home, she did a thorough analysis of like houses and was spot on again when it came to the selling price. Other realtors estimated our appraised house value lower, but Cherie really knew our neighborhood and we ended up with a much higher price than even we expected. She was also phenomenal in helping us to remain calm, especially during the inspection process and closing delays. When there were minor repairs needed, Cherie provided us with some invaluable recommendations and resources that were able to assist immediately helping in finalizing the sale more quickly. You can't go wrong with someone as knowledgeable and understanding as Cherie. She definitely knows her stuff!
