I’ve known Cheri since elementary school, so it was a delight to work with someone who knows (and appreciates) the area and all it has to offer. Cheri was super-supportive, helpful and went out of her to handle more than just the home sale because I (and my parents, for whom I was selling the house) live out of state...this included arranging an out-of-state closing, minor repairs, recommending a cleaning service, just stopping in to check on things and - in general - holding my hand through the whole thing. The process was quick and painless (haha) and I appreciate Cheri's energy and passion for what she does!!

Cheri was an absolute joy to work with. Being a first time homebuyer in a high, and rising, market was concerning at first. Cheri is extremely knowledgeable and professional and was able to answer any and all of the questions my wife and I brought to her to quell our fears.
