Cheri was great to work with, and easy to get a hold of and communicate with. She was quick to facilitate showings when listings hit the market to ensure we were seeing new inventory right away. I have moved four times, so far in my lifetime and I have to say that Cheri is, by far, the best. She knows her stuff when it comes to market knowledge and negotiations. Cheri even has a creative side to her and can work a deal like no other. When I ran into hiccups, she was always there to either handle for me or let me know what I needed to do.
