Would give 10/5 stars if I could for Cheri. My fiance and I worked with Cheri and Jeff while searching for our first home. We were unsure of what to expect, but the knowledge and experience Cheri provided, made the process easy. She was dedicated and always available even at a whim and even came to show us a house on Christmas Eve. Any question we had or problem that may have occurred, she was able to help us remedy. My fiance and I are not wealthy by any means, but with Cheri we felt like we were MVP clients. She is definitely one of those rare people that are genuine, honest and without a doubt hard-working. We would recommend Cheri to anyone!!!

Cheri is just AMAZING!!! She was so attentive and I can sincerely share that we would not be in our new island home without her. She went way over and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly.

My husband and I loved working with Cheri and Jeff! They took the time to get to know us and understand what we were looking for. Communication was easy, all of our questions were answered almost immediately and very informative. We started working with Cheri and Jeff back in July 2020! We were moving to a new city, in a new state, starting a new job, and newly married all during a pandemic! They made so much time for us, we would feel guilty when we didn't love a home...lol It became a friendship too. They made us feel so welcome to this new city and I believe that is what makes them so special! We finally bought a home, a really fast market out here, in November! Not only did they help us with finding our home but they also had a network of people that helped us get our home painted and cleaned before we moved in! They even had a plumber recommendation too! Cheri and Jeff have been a real blessing to our new family and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home in the Corpus Christi area!

My sister and I were referred to her by a friend to help sell my mothers Estate. Cheri went above and beyond by offering to meet the charity to pick up the remainder of her belongs that were going to be donated as well as driving out to verify something in the back yard! She made the process less stressful, especially since my sister and I live out of state! I appreciate her professionalism as well as her empathy considering the circumstance. Cheri was tremendously helpful during our FIRST home buying experience. She had a keen ability to communicate the intricacies of home buying, and this overall made both my wife and I feel at ease from start to finish. We did the bulk of the transaction from Hawaii, and I was a little apprehensive on how we would be able to work together with the 6+ hour time difference. Cheri always responded quickly and bent over backwards to ensure nothing was left to translation. Military moves are never fun but due to Cheri’s efforts we were able to walk right into our new house. We love our home, thank you Cheri!!!
