Corpus Christi is a unique coastal community. Corpus Christi is a small, big town. This small town feel is what make this coastline community so special. The feeling of community and pride for this town is very evident all around the city. Cheri and her family have had the pleasure of being able to live different places and experience different communities throughout the past twenty years. This experience is what encouraged her passion for real estate. She has worked in different aspects of the education field over the past fifteen years. She has worked with special education students as well as a principal secretary for the past ten years. Cheri was a PTA volunteer when her children were school age and worked closely with parents, community members, and staff in her previous position. She understands the importance of parents, teachers, and community all working together to create the best learning environment for our children. She brings this unique experience with her to her real estate business. Real estate is a lot like education in that it takes a team to make your dream a reality. Cheri is organized, personable, and works diligently to make sure your transaction goes smoothly. She understands the importance of being a great advocate for kids and will be a great advocate for you. She has recently made this career change because of her passion for real estate and would love to share her knowledge and expertise with you. We are extremely grateful to get to work with Cheri

We are extremely grateful to get to work with Cheri. I'm a transplant to Texas and I still can't get over the southern hospitality. Cheri has definitely been an immense part of why I'm thankful to be in Corpus. And to think, we met while her office was at lunch outing at the restaurant I work at. Everyone was just genuinely nice and polite. This showed their true character, that people I'd be happy to potentially work with. And here I am, two business transactions later, my business partners, wife and I have been undoubtedly happy with our work altogether! And now, we are looking for future homes and investments (which of course will be Cheri as our realtor)

Cheri and Jeff didn't sugarcoat anything when we were actively searching for a home just to make a sale. They took their time and were patient with us when we were making our decision between homes. As a first time homebuyer, naturally I was stressed but Cheri and Jeff were able to help simplify the process for us, keep the energy positive and made me feel content knowing that I had such knowledgeable realtors.
