We began our home search in March of 2021 at a point where banks were offering historically low interest rates. The market was extremely competitive and presented many challenges. Finding a home wasn’t the problem, having our offer accepted was. No matter how discouraged we were Cheree would keep us motivated and focused on our goal. She always had a positive attitude, sending new listings and information with the latest rates and pertinent details. After a very long year and a half and with the help of The Brown Group we final found the one. Now we’re able to place our roots, continue growing our family and building wealth for the next generation.
