Cher was fantastic, honest, and knowledgeable. I told her I thought my lot would be hard to sell. She said trust me it will sell. Those words”trust me” always scare me. Anyway she asked how much I wanted for the lot then she said no, ask for $10,000.00 more. She had a builder look at it and called a private investor to find a buyer. She knew people to call who would respect her enough to see what she was selling. Within a week she had that land sold for her asking price. She knows the area, what’s selling and people to call. Cher was recommended to me because she has a high record of sales. I have bought and sold over thirty real estate holdings in my life. Cher’s was the best experience I have ever had with a realtor. She did what she said she would do and expediently. I don’t normally write reviews but she was so expert in her field that she deserves my review. She is remarkable!
