Cher showed up at our first appointment on time and very prepared. She had already researched my property and all the comps. She is attention to detail. My sell was not easy. She stayed tough and had my back the entire time. Anytime someone says you don’t need a realtor, I will say that’s not correct. There is no doubt she got me more than I thought I could get. After my father-in-law's stroke last October, we had a huge task of moving my in-laws from Temple to Dripping Springs, then preparing to sell their home. We live almost 2 hours away and could not have sold this house without Cher! She was amazing, helping us with each step on the way.
