We did a big thing this last week. We are officially home owners! Moving has been stressful to say the least but I see the light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you to Chelsea Wilde for being our realtor. Also thank you to all our friends and family who helped us move. Hoping to wrap up the old house in the next few days and unpack over the next weeks. You don't realize how much stuff you have till you move.

Chelsea and Paul were great to work with in the home buying process. Chelsea was able to meet me on a moments notice and give me good insight on various items while viewing properties. Once under contract, all coordination was taken care of and the process was extremely simple! Strong communication was kept throughout the process and any questions I had were answered immediately. This was a great experience overall.

Chelsea was on it! I found my perfect home and initially the sellers went with another offer. Chelsea suspected it might fall through so she kept an eye on it and a few days later she called with the good news. We again submitted our offer immediately, and went under contract that night. She was always available during the buying process, went to the home inspection, worked seamlessly with my lender, and did the walk through when I couldn't get there in time. She also came over after closing to offer support on a minor plumbing situation. Chelsea is super easy to communicate with- which as a first time home buyer I was happy to have her knowledge and experience on my side. She is also very knowledgeable about Casper in general- where to go for what and when, lawn care, pet care/ vets, doctors, mechanics, etc. I will be using Chelsea if I ever have any real estate needs in the future!

As a first time homebuyer I was extremely nervous. Chelsea walked us through step-by-step insuring that we would find exactly what we were searching for. The house we ended with was not what we thought we were looking for… but because she is very communicative and a great listener, she was able to see things in our new home that at first glance we did not. Couldn’t be happier waking up having our morning coffee in this beautiful mid-century modern home! Again, we thank you!!

Chelsea is awesome!! She was extremely knowledgeable about the market and knew just what we didn’t want to deal with in a new home as we browsed multiple homes! She was helpful always with all the questions we had about the homes and the process and she worked with us as we bought out of state! The entire buying experience was so smooth and couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
