The first time we met Chelsea and her team in one of her open houses in Princeton Townhome close to UCI, she was so frank and pragmatic that we decided to ask her to help - both as a buyer and as a seller - and our experience was fantastic. First she guided us in touch with a few banks that specializes in International loan. She was able to quickly figure out what we were looking for by asking a few simple questions and even gave us recommendation on which area are projected to appreciate more than others and the reasons why. She sent letters to the neighborhood which we are interested and finally got one off market for us. Later she not only helped rent out and manage it for us for 4 years while we travelled cross-country for school and jobs, but also sell it at the highest price quickly when the time came.
