We hired Chelsea to list our house after interviewing a few agents. I am a marketing professor and the presentation Chelsea gave on how she was planning to market our house really impressed me and my wife. There was no question that Chelsea's multi-prong approach to marketing the house was outstanding. She invested her time, effort, and money to market our property. Many of my friends who saw the video of our house commented that it looked like our house was on an episode of HGTV! Chelsea also has access to an incredible network of great realtors who trust her and her eye for great properties. As a result, we had an incredible amount of traffic coming through our house and sold our house for asking price in just two weeks. In addition to her great knowledge of the Irvine real estate market, Chelsea is also very knowledgeable about the process of selling a house. We always felt like we were very well informed in every decision we made and Chelsea always discussed all the options we had to consider.

We live out-of-state and as we prepared to sell our condo we had to work around a tenant that was preparing to leave, our HOA, and our on-site property manager. Chelsea made this seamless, she arranged to see the property immediately (coordinating directly with the tenant for us to do so!) and lent her expertise by making a few recommendations of impactful work that should be done on the condo (professional cleaning, painting, caulking the tub, and replacing a bit of bathroom flooring). She took the additional steps of recommending contractors with whom she had a trusted relationship, setting up time for quotes, and finally arranging to give them access to the property when the time came to complete the work. She also arranged staging and professional photography, and within less than two weeks of our tenant leaving she had the condo repaired and listed. She even hosted an open house which gave us at least 5 offers well over the listing price to consider. Chelsea leveraged her expertise again as we considered offers - she broke each down into an accessible format to easily compare and contrast the key pieces of the offer. She walked us through any risk factors we might consider when selecting one. In the end, our condo sold for nearly 10% over the listing price and went for $70,000 MORE than a near-identical unit in the same building.

Prior to working with Chelsea, I had a negative view of real estate agents, but she has changed my view completely. She was absolutely wonderful! I called her with a long wish list, fast timeline, and she delivered flawlessly. She was always accessible, communicative, and organized. I trusted her advice and everything worked out.
