As we were looking for a second home, she was encouraging us to be patient with our purchase. Since we took her advice about being patient we found the perfect condo. The condo meet all of our must haves, and was also in a fixer upper condition, as we wanted. Our accepted purchase offer price was at the low end of our budget range. As we were willing to do the home improvement work this was indeed a win-win for us.
