Chelsea was WONDERFUL!! She was so helpful, responded in a timely manner, and really helped us find a house that checked so many and even more of our want list! I especially appreciated the effort that she made to accommodate my spouses work schedule limitations, and as individuals who aren't super handy/know what to look for in potential houses - we ESPECIALLY appreciated her knowledgeable eye when looking at homes and pointing out potential future things to be aware of in terms of updates, concerns, and things to consider knowing our budget and our knowledge background! We purchased a house from Chelsea and when it was time to sell that same house I called her again because we had such a positive experience the first time. From the initial walk thru to determine selling price, to advice in staging and home improvement, Chelsea was knowledgeable with regulations and rules required for certain home buying agencies in guiding us to focus on improvements that would better the seller AND buyer. We got a signed offer of asking price the very first showing; when that fell through we were disappointed; but persevered. Chelsea showed the house many more times. We got some "low-balls" and an intermediate offer, but I had a number in mind so that meant more work for her. Chelsea never seemed annoyed, but she stayed confident with advice. We ended up in a bidding war and got the asking price! I was so excited! Chelsea is a hardworking, professional and knowledgeable agent who listens and cares!
