Chelsea just helped us buy our first home. I am very impressed with her market savvy and ability to write amazing offers. When I noticed a for sale sign go up on a house in my neighborhood I immediately called Chelsea McFarland. Chelsea was recommended to me by my friend who had recently sold her home and purchased another. She said Chelsea was extremely reliable, energetic, experienced and honest. That's what I needed to hear. When I called she picked up the phone right away, even though it was only 8 in the morning. She made a quick call and said we could get in to see the house right away. I fell in love with it, this home was perfect! It had a workshop for my husband, a beautiful view of the lake and it was right within our price range. Chelsea helped us write an offer that would be attractive to the seller but was still within our financial means. We were the first people to see the house and we were the first people to put in an offer, but by the middle of the day there were 5 other offers. Unfortunately someone else out bid our offer's escalation and we were 2nd in line. Chelsea didn't give up, we wrote a letter to the seller and told them just how much we loved the house and asked them to keep us in mind if the other people changed their mind.
