When we decided to stop renting and buy our first home, Chelsea (McFarland) was amazing. She walked us through the entire process and was very patient and knowledgeable about the current housing market. The housing market in Spokane has been crazy for the last couple years, houses being put under contract sometimes within hours of hitting the market. It was a lengthy process because so many homes we looked at were either sold by the time we could even look at it, or we were immediately outbid by people offering over the asking price. Chelsea helped us through it all and in the end, the house we bought was put on the market that day and we put in our bid as soon as we had a chance to walk through the house. Our offer was selected by the sellers I think in large part due to Chelsea's deft touch with the paperwork. Being a good agent is much more than just being personable and accommodating, the bureaucratic red tape involved in how you type up the bid and working out the terms of the contract is just as, if not more, important than the interpersonal warmth and Chelsea has that in abundance. We only plan on staying at our current location for a few years, to improve the property and build some equity so that when we move next time, we can get a bigger house with some land, and when that happens, we will definitely be using Chelsea as our agent again. I can't recommend her enough, she is awesome at what she does.

Chealsea was awesome! She made buying a new home easy especially since we were in the process of living and selling our California home. Responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. From the initial call to the closing, Chelsea helped us with the purchase of our property. As we worked our way through the "feasibility study" portion of the sale, she helped us with research, and network into this neighborhood. As various issues arose from easements to wetland concerns, she got us the information we needed and helped put things in perspective. This was not a huge sale for her, but I feel she treated us as if we were the most important people she was working for.
