Working with Chelsea was amazing from start to finish! We were planning a move from out of state and I flew in for a few days to look at some places. Even though the top three places on my list all went pending in the time it took me to travel to Richmond, Chelsea had it covered. She set up an appointment for me to look at one of them in case I wanted to put in a backup offer and also added a few more places for me to look at. After looking at 10 houses in two days we decided to put in an offer on the last house I looked at. Our offer was quickly countered and accepted. Chelsea explained everything that was going to happen over the next 30 days since I was a first-time homebuyer.
