Chelie not only helped me find the perfect home, she helped me with my loan process and building my credit score. Right before closing a pvc pipe broke and flooded the down stairs. Chelie worked with the title company attorney she suggested I use and together they worked with the sellers insurance company to cover all the damages. Allowing me to completely remodel the kitchen, all of the downstairs flooring and baseboards, and the bathroom. She was excellent at listening to all of my concerns and getting them resolve quickly.
