My wife worked with Chayah for several months to find a home with acreage or just acreage. We complicated the search because we live in south Florida. We made numerous trips to the Boaz/Arab area to view properties. Chayah was always available and constantly on the look out for new listings. He was even able to show us what he knew would be upcoming listings. When we found our perfect property, he volunteered to bring his side-by-side over for us to use. He got the ball rolling on things like a street number because the land we bought did not have one. He got the ball rolling with a well driller and septic permitting. We were very fortunate to have him as our realtor in our purchase. Thank you again Chayah!
