Coming from out of state made it tough to view homes. Chayah made sure to make appointments ahead and to do some viewings via remote video. In addition he arranged to have different contractors pull through with estimates and inspections. All this was very helpful for a difficult process.

My wife worked with Chayah for several months to find a home with acreage or just acreage. We complicated the search because we live in south Florida. We made numerous trips to the Boaz/Arab area to view properties. Chayah was always available and constantly on the look out for new listings. He was even able to show us what he knew would be upcoming listings. When we found our perfect property, he volunteered to bring his side-by-side over for us to use.
