A mover and a shaker, showed us as many homes as we wanted, sat down with us to give us tops to sell our home faster, she got asking price out of out property. Pretty great customer service.

I would recommend going to her if your looking for a house. She coordinated everything and worked around my schedule and the process was smooth and easy.
Chassy found multiple homes for us to look at that fit what we were looking for, and was always able to answer any questions we had when purchasing our home. She helped us settle on the perfect one, hopefully we won't need her assistance again for a long time, but if we do look for a new home, she will be our first call!

Chassy contacted me shortly after I had put my house up for for sale going thru FSBO. We spoke and I explained the difficulty I had experienced in trying to sell my home which I had listed the house on two separate occasions with a realtor from Skogman without an offer or sale. She said give it to me and let me try, which I did. She removed the FSBO sign from the lawn and went to work for me. Her approach was positive and she did quite a bit of advertising, which I believe was what got it sold. She took over in October and by March it was sold. I am very appreciative of her hard work and expertise which resulted in the desired outcome that was achieved. She is one of the best and has my recommendation.

Hey, we used Chassy as our REALTOR and "wow" she had the first "maybe" there that same evening and staged an open house the next day. It's called "git 'er done!:" And, that she did! She is personable AND even helped with the packing, etc. Doesn't get any better!!! I was worried about the final paperwork, etc. There were no "bubbles" "oops" "hiccups". All was done in a timely fashion and "right the first time." Way to go!!!!
