This guy is amazing. Like seriously amazing. Chase went so far above and beyond what a "normal" realtor would ever do. He talked to us in ways we could understand and walked right beside us through each step from the showing to the final closing. Permits, inspections, insurance, you name it, he helped us with every step. The hours this man invested in making our dream come true were so far above what most agents would do.

Chase Foster was an above average Realtor. His local knowledge was from a long history of experience and knowledge of the keys. He was not pushy yet he maintain constant communication with me whenever I called he would return my calls Right away. He also checked past records, permit issues and other areas that needed to be addressed. Because I was not available he would take care of it and pay whatever the fees were out of his pocket and did not ask for reimbursement. I would highly recommend him! He had to show my house many many many times because it was right after the hurricane and I only had part of a house left but he never failed to drive from Marathon to Big Pine to Do this job. I was very happy with him! He did not try to sell me any baloney and delivered what he promised. I would highly recommend him.
