He monitored and managed every closing issue from the buyer’s loan process to making sure a few expired permits from years ago were cleared….there’s nothing he doesn’t know how to handle!!! All I had to do was sit back and wait for closing, which happened without a hitch. There is no way I would ever use another realtor in the Florida Keys. Chase is worth his weight in gold.
