I thought Chase was awesome when we bought my house. His knowledge of the area, market conditions, and the negotiating process helped me score a deal on a canal front home that was almost unheard of at the time. But THEN he sold my house, and took his value to the next level. His contacts alone make him worth the commission. When the first potential buyer started waffling on frivolous inspection issues, Chase knew exactly when to pull the plug and find another buyer…..which he did at full asking price in 48 hours!!! He monitored and managed every closing issue from the buyer’s loan process to making sure a few expired permits from years ago were cleared….there’s nothing he doesn’t know how to handle!!! All I had to do was sit back and wait for closing, which happened without a hitch. There is no way I would ever use another realtor in the Florida Keys. Chase is worth his weight in gold.
