My husband and I worked with Chase Enright of Berkshire Hathaway to purchase our home in Santa Barbara. We both were looking for slightly different things and Chase worked tirelessly to find us a home we both loved! I have never met such a passionate professional in this business. When the market dried up and there were not as many homes for sale, Chase wrote personal letters to homeowners to see if they were interested in selling. One of these letters led to the home we eventually purchased! She is such a hard worker and she is also extremely pleasant and makes the process fun! She really knows her stuff and will give you good advice when it comes time to negotiate. If you are looking for a knowledgeable luxury agent who will go the extra mile, Chase is the realtor for you!
