Charnise was literally a lifesaver for me and my family - she is the best agent we ever could have found, and I will always be grateful to her for getting us a home we love; wouldn't want to work with anyone else to buy or sell a house in the future. We came to her in an emergency - our landlord out of the blue gave us 3 months to vacate the house we had rented for 10 years. The very first day that we met Charnise, she worked with us until 9pm to get a bid in for us - that was after she negotiated with the seller to still accept our bid since offers had been due by 3pm that day (and we hadn't first spoken with Charnise until 330pm). So from the very beginning, she was getting us out of difficult situations, solving problems for us, acting quickly, noticing all the important details, and creating opportunities for us. Charnise strategized carefully with us, and she helped us to structure our offer to make it as desirable as possible to the seller, but without putting us out too far on a limb. She always made time for us, always responded rapidly, always took our concerns seriously (even when we were being paranoid or worrying too much in retrospect). And everything she did worked and paid off! She got us the exact house we most wanted - amazing in any year, but ultra amazing in this year; and at appraisal value (not tens of thousands or more in cash above!) To sum up, Charnise was everything we could have hoped for and more in an agent: informed, smart, strategic, good at building relationships with the seller's agents, also good at taking strong stances when that was in our best interest. She hit just the right balance between giving us advice and letting us make our own choices; she was infinitely supportive and committed to getting us into a new home and meeting all other goals we had; and she was a joy to be around, interact with, and to celebrate with at the close. On a scale from 1 to 100, Charnise gets a 110 score for sure, plus our extreme gratitude.
