Working with Charmaine was like working with family!

Charmaine was excellent to work with. She kept in touch constantly and was very communicative when it came to keeping us informed and up to date with what was going on at my sister's house. This was very important since I lived out of town and had no idea what was going on at the house. When problems occurred and the unexpected "popped up", Charmaine stayed on top of things and would not only communicate the problem, but also suggested solutions and ways to take care of any of those unexpected occurrences.
