Charmaine was excellent to work with. She kept in touch constantly and was very communicative when it came to keeping us informed and up to date with what was going on at my sister's house. This was very important since I lived out of town and had no idea what was going on at the house. When problems occurred and the unexpected "popped up", Charmaine stayed on top of things and would not only communicate the problem, but also suggested solutions and ways to take care of any of those unexpected occurrences.

I cannot say enough good things about Charmaine Blake! Selling/buying a home can be incredibly stressful, but Charmaine made the entire experience seamless and actually enjoyable. She went above and beyond for me as her client, paying close attention to every detail (surrounding market closings) and always making herself available to answer questions. Her warmth, patience, and expertise shine through in everything she does. Thank you, Charmaine, for your incredible hard work and dedication!
