Charlotte and Bob listed my mother's home for us. Because the tenants were so uncooperative, they had to list the home on-line with pictures of the house before the tenants. Amid chaos and dirt, they were able to show the house to the few prospective buyers who braved the mess. They became the neutral party contact with the tenants during the eviction process and were able to find a terrific buyer for the house. Bob and Charlotte's active assistance was the most important part of this very difficult situation and key the reason for a successful outcome .

The first weekend I drove to Riverside from Downtown LA just to look around, I found a Spanish home listed by Charlotte. Within an hour of me looking at the listing online, she reached out and mentioned the house was already in escrow but I was welcome to come look at other properties. For the next few weeks Charlotte showed me multiple properties late afternoon or after 5pm but nothing triggered my interest. Fast forward a few weeks and the Spanish home fell out of escrow. I then rushed to Riverside to look at the home again at night. The following day I put in an offer and within 24hrs it was accepted by the seller. Had Charlotte not reached out to tell me when the home fell out of escrow I probably don’t buy the house and still looking. As a first time home buyer, Charlotte and Bob were both generous with their time and patient with any questions or concerns I had during the escrow process. Their attention to detail and focus on getting me into the house was first class. It makes a huge difference to work with genuine good people who you feel have your best interest and you know that you’re not getting the runaround.
