It is my pleasure to write this letter to thank you, Charlotte, for your hard work in selling our home of 45 years. Needless to say, we had no idea what to do or what to expect. In our first meeting with you, you explained how the process works, the things we needed to do initially, and gave us invaluable handouts to read, some with questions to answer, and others encouraging us to write down questions we might have for you. Other meetings followed, each step further explained so there would be no surprises. You went through our home, making helpful suggestions, (which were followed) to make our home more attractive and sellable. When it came to setting the price, it was obvious you had done your research and knew the market for our home. Of course, we were more than thrilled when you were able to obtain more than our asking price. Charlotte, your frequent communication with us was so appreciated. No matter what time of day or evening, your energy level was high, you maintained your sense of humor, and your work ethic was great in ALL areas. Charlotte, I would not hesitate to recommend you to friends or to strangers for that matter. You are definitely THE top notch realtor in our opinion! What a wonderful experience!
