My wife and I were in the market for a home back in the spring, we had looked at all the traditional websites for a year or more and finally stumbled across a home we really liked. We called and set up a meeting to go look at the house. Charlotte Keim greeted us at the door and did a great job showing us around. My wife and I being first time home buyers of course did everything in reverse, we looked at the house and fell in love before being approved for our loan. Which I later learned that most people would of been done with us upon hearing that. Charlotte never batted an eye and worked with us as if we had been approved for a million dollar home. Luckily we were approved for the loan but that was just the beginning of our trouble. Several red flags showed up during the inspection that could of led to us paying big time down the road. Unfortunately for us we were already in love with the home and with a baby on the way we were eager to get settled into a new place. Charlotte even went as far as handing us over to another agent when we turned our search to WV. However she never quit fighting and negotiating for us on the house we were set on. Finally the home owners agreed to all of our terms and we were able to buy the home we wanted all along. None of this would of been possible without Charlotte going above and beyond what she had to do. After dealing with the real estate lady in WV who seemed uninterested in helping us we truly realized what a special agent Charlotte was. My wife and I can’t say enough good things about our experience dealing with her, she’s absolutely top notch and I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a new home.
