My home sale with Charlotte when very smoothly. I can't say enough good thinks about her knowledge and attention to detail. I'm moving my ill mom to another state and have listed her house with Charlotte, as I did with my own house a few months ago. (I've already done a review for the sale of my own house.) Charlotte has been a pleasure to work with during this stressful time. She's unflappable, organized and knowledgeable, making the process as stress-free as possible. When we started making offers, she made sure we understood everything we were signing. She gave us all the information allowing us to make good choices for us. Charlotte assisted us in buying a home. Although we have heard many horror stories regarding home buying in the current market, in our case Charlotte’s steady guidance lead to a good outcome. Our one offer for the asking price was accepted and the seller agreed to allowances for repairs. Charlotte provided solid advice on value of properties. She brought concerns about properties we chose not to buy to our attention including noise from nearby industries and busy streets, potential flooding, and maintenance challenges. Charlotte is a pleasure to work with. She finds a good balance helpfully contributing to decision making without being intrusive or pushy. And we love our home.

Would I refer Charlotte Absolutely hands down to anyone. I was referred to Charlotte from another realtor that I know well in a different city because I work with her husband building houses so I'm familiar with the business. First of all let me say house shopping in Salem Oregon in early 2021 was a nightmare and Charlotte was there with us every step of the way. My past experiences with realtors was kind of like that TV show House Hunters, look at 3 house and pick one. We started our hunt August 23 2020 and after 8 offers on February 21 we finally had a accepted offer. We looked at more houses then I could count, she was always quick to getting back to me about all my questions. She was good at asking us the right questions to help us figure out what we wanted. With such a long house hunt she had to play voice of reason more then ounce. Great at listening to what our needs were to help guide us but not push us. Never once did I feel like her goal was anything but finding the right house for us. I could go on and on but I believe reviews can get to wordy and then people ignore them. Use Charlotte you will not be disappointed.

Lucky for us, we met Charlotte by chance at an open house and immediately connected. She was very knowledgeable about the current market and gave us an amazing, comprehensive review of our home value. She assisted us every step of the way, starting with how to prepare our home for show, all the way through final closing. Her marketing of the home and price analysis was so professional, without a doubt it helped bring in top dollar for our property. We have sold many homes over the years, but this was by far the least stressful. We attribute that to Charlotte's amazing attention to detail and preparation.
