I have to say that Charliy Steel has gone out of her way to sell my place. When she was away if I sent her a text message with a question she always got back to me with an answer. My place wasn’t even on the market a week when it sold. Two other Realtors came with people to look at it and one was rude and the other didn’t try real hard to sell it. I was outside when the couple that are buying it came to look at it and Charily was walking around with them. She talked great about my place and my neighbors and even bragged on me and how much I do being alone and at my age. I was so worried about my pet pig, Mr. Piggy and she even had it put in the contract that Mr. Piggy could live here until he passed of natural causes. She knew how attached I was with him but I can’t take him with me on my move to Indiana to be with my son and family. Charlie knew how important it was for me to be with family who would care for me in my Golden years. She found the absolute perfect family to buy my property. In fact they have become my extended family now. And they fell in love with my place. It was just the perfect match!!!! It was truly CHARLIY who sold my place without any inconvenience to me and got exactly what I wanted and the way I wanted to sell. I would highly recommend Charlie!!!!!!
