Charliy was an excellent realtor and listed 2 properties for me, both went under contract within weeks after listing and this one closed within 10 days the other is scheduled, she work diligently for us and her efficiency shows. We thank her very much for the hard work!

Charliy jump right into action the moment we called for help in selling our home. No questions asked, listed what she thought was fair and fought for us to get that price. She helped clean it up and repair a few items on her own time because we "just couldn't" be there. She is an amazing Agent and if we ever buy our sell again she will be our first call!!

This was not the quickest process for us (my fault) but Charliy was with us the entire steps of the way!! She really went above and beyond to help us get our house sold! Even after getting the house sold she could have taken her commission and walked away but instead stuck around and helped get us moved out of the house as well as some last minute unexpected repairs that she and her husband fixed for us themselves. I have to say that Charliy Steel has gone out of her way to sell my place. When she was away if I sent her a text message with a question she always got back to me with an answer. My place wasn’t even on the market a week when it sold. Two other Realtors came with people to look at it and one was rude and the other didn’t try real hard to sell it. I was outside when the couple that are buying it came to look at it and Charily was walking around with them. She talked great about my place and my neighbors and even bragged on me and how much I do being alone and at my age. I was so worried about my pet pig, Mr. Piggy and she even had it put in the contract that Mr. Piggy could live here until he passed of natural causes. She knew how attached I was with him but I can’t take him with me on my move to Indiana to be with my son and family. Charlie knew how important it was for me to be with family who would care for me in my Golden years. She found the absolute perfect family to buy my property. In fact they have become my extended family now. And they fell in love with my place. It was just the perfect match!!!! It was truly CHARLIY who sold my place without any inconvenience to me and got exactly what I wanted and the way I wanted to sell. I would highly recommend Charlie!!!!!! She was very professional and knowledgeable. Her personality will keep ya smiling. House was on the market 24 hrs and had multiple respectable offers. Within 3 days after the open house we were on our way to a Sale contract . She did an awesome Job. She was a pleasure to work with.
