In the end, due to Chuck's diligent efforts, we landed 1st in the 'perfect' rental &, now, we've moved into our 'perfect' home. Working with & getting to know Chuck has been a pleasure & a privilege. He's been an invaluable guide & partner on this entire, whirlwind journey. And someone we now consider a friend. Dealing with Chuck was a great experience. He was very patient, listened to our wants and screened out unnecessary listings.
