My Dad chose Charles to sell multiple properties, but due to his age and heath issues, I had to step in for my Dad. It has always been a pleasure working with Charles. He only contacted me with bona fied offers. Almost all of those offers came to fruition. He always kept his appointments, and was available to take or quickly return my calls. When I broke my foot and couldn't get to the closing, he brought the paperwork to me. And I live outside the city, so it was a bit of a hike. That's the kind if guy he is - willing to go the extra mile. You cannot go wrong with him representing your interests!

We purchased a property with Charles as our agent last week. I made Charles' acquaintance several months ago as we were looking at another home that was set to come on the market. Charles was comunicative and attentive to all requests and either answered his phone or returned all calls promptly, this was a breath of fresh air for us having previously dealt with another agent in Sumter that did neither.
